Description:

This spacious two-story Snowcreek V townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and large living area with amazing views, granite counter tops throughout, and a 2-car garage. There are two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and king size beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds with a shared bathroom in the hallway. There is a small study area with a twin pull out sofa, allowing this condo to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. There is a washer and dryer, TV’s in each bedroom, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and large family dining room with additional bar seating. There are a few hot tubs onsite that all boost amazing views of the surrounding Sierra’s.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essential appliances, cooking utensils, and some added extras. The dining room table sits eight, with an extra small table in the nook and a bar area with five bar stools. There is a gas BBQ on the balcony as well. The living room has a gas fireplace, TV, DVD, VCR, stereo system, DVD’s for guests to use and enjoy miscellaneous board games, cable, and free Wi-Fi. Each bedroom in the house including the study area with twin pull out sofa has a TV w/cable; just a little added extra!

The master bedroom has large sliding glass doors opening onto the back deck which looks out at some of the most beautiful scenery and views Mammoth has to offer; the White Mountains. The master bathroom has a large bathtub with separate shower and a double sink area. There is a gas fireplace in this room to enjoy while sitting in the large comfy chair next to the fire on those cold Mammoth nights. The smaller master bedroom also has its own private bath and sliding glass doors that also open to the lower deck.

* $500 Security Deposit (fully refundable upon a successful condition/inventory check)
* $175 Cleaning Fee
* 13% Town Occupancy Tax
* 4pm check-in / 10am check-out 

Pet Friendly
* 2 pets maximum
* Management must be notified in advance of all pets
(Pets may not be left unattended as per HOA rules)

* 50% of total amount due upon booking
* Balance due within 30 days of arrival
